At NTRL, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. The following policy explains how we process, ship, and handle all orders placed through www.bentrl.com.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as to Canada.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are prepared and dispatched from our fulfillment center.

 

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via UPS Standard. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 3–7 business days after shipment

 

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier volume, and external factors.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Applies to all orders under $48.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders of $48 or more, and for all subscription plans.

  • Replacements: If we need to replace an order due to damage, defect, or loss, NTRL covers the shipping costs.

 

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost, or stolen, contact us at contact@ntrlcoffee.com. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

6. International Shipping and Duties

For shipments to Canada, delivery times may vary based on customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities.
